Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong with your order, here’s how refunds work:

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are allowed only if the Easy15 has enabled valid refund reasons for your order.

  • Common eligible reasons include: damaged item, wrong item, or incomplete order.

2. Refund Request Process:

  • Go to your Order Details Page and select Request Refund.

  • Choose a valid reason from the list provided by the Easy15.

3. Refund Modes:

  • Full Refund: Get the complete amount back to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refund: A portion of the amount may be refunded if only part of the order is affected.

  • Store Credit / Wallet Credit: Optionally, refund may be issued as store credit.

4. Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

5. Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (if applicable).

  • Easy15 reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with the policy.
