Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how you can cancel your order:

1. Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund as per our Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by Customers, Vendors, or Delivery Partners:

  • Users can cancel orders only if the Admin has provided valid cancellation reasons for their role.

  • If no reason is enabled, cancellation will not be allowed.

3. Cancellation Request:

  • Submit your cancellation request through the Order Details Page.

  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or app notification.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
